Tasting notes

Medium-layered red colour. On the nose, spicy notes stand out, such as white pepper, characteristic of this variety, accompanied by notes of ripe red fruits and toasted notes indicating barrel aging. On the palate, it is harmonious and electric, medium-bodied, providing a fantastic symphony on the palate.

Pairing

Ideal for accompanying grilled meat dishes, cheeses and cold meat.

We give the utmost importance to our vineyard, and this is where we devote most of our efforts. For us it is the fundamental piece and the main ingredient of our wines. We treat each vineyard differently depending on the wine we want to make, or what is the same, we make a wine from each vineyard.

We are aware that while making quality wines, the quality of the grapes is more important than the quantity. We are lucky to have vineyards of traditional varieties, such as Macabeu, Parellada, Ull de Llebre or Trepat, which are between 80 and 95 years old.
