Vinification
As with all our wines, the harvest is done manually. In this case, to carry out carbonic maceration, we need the grapes to arrive intact at the cellar. Therefore, the harvest is done using crates of maximum 15kg. The grapes are put into vats without crushing, and the first fermentation occurs with the whole grapes. After about ten days, the grapes are destemmed and pressed to continue with traditional fermentation.

Tasting notes
It has a soft-layered red colour. Aromas of ripe red fruits and sweets. On the palate, it stands out for its lightness, with a round and sweets finish.
Pairing
It is recommended with light meat dishes, pastas, and mild cheeses, preferably served at around 12ºC.
We give the utmost importance to our vineyard, and this is where we devote most of our efforts. For us it is the fundamental piece and the main ingredient of our wines. We treat each vineyard differently depending on the wine we want to make, or what is the same, we make a wine from each vineyard.
We are aware that while making quality wines, the quality of the grapes is more important than the quantity. We are lucky to have vineyards of traditional varieties, such as Macabeu, Parellada, Ull de Llebre or Trepat, which are between 80 and 95 years old.
